Consultation on proposed Council Variations to the Local Area Plan

The County Council proposed to vary the Clonburris Local Area Plan at a Special Council Meeting held 18th December 2007. The public consultation on the proposed variations and modifications to the Local Area Plan ran from 8th January 2008 to 5th February 2008 (Inclusive).

Consultation on proposed Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme and LAP

Public consultation on the proposed Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme and LAP ran between 20th August 2007 – 15th October 2007. A summary of the consultation process can be viewed here.

Pre-plan consultation

Pre-plan consultation was undertaken in June and July 2006 and the outcome reported to the Lucan-Clondalkin Area Committee in September 2006. The report on the pre-plan consultation can be viewed here (11mgb PDF).

At the end of July 2006 the proposed SDZ designation, which had been sought prior to the commencement of the process, was confirmed. Further consultation meetings with local stakeholders took place in December 2006.
