Kishoge Decision

South Dublin County Council granted permission on 5th February 2010 for 898 residential units, 6,259 m2 commercial floorspace, 2 516m2 retail floorspace, a crèche and community floorspace on lands at Kishoge, in the Clonburris Local Area Plan 2008, area. The development is a on a 19.5 hectare site bounded to the east by the Outer Ring Road and to the north by Griffeen Avenue; the Adamstown Link Road traverses the site and the Kildare-Dublin Rail Line is located to the south of the site; the existing neighbourhoods of Griffeen, Oldbridge and Tullyhall are located to the west and north-west of the site.

The decision was appealed to An Bord Pleanála on the 3rd of March 2010, PLo6S.236237 refers. The Bord's decision is due on the 14th September 2010.
